Covers of past print editions of Medicine + Health magazine

You may have noticed that, for the first time in more than a decade, Medicine + Health magazine did not arrive in your mailbox in May, timed with GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) graduation. In early spring, the difficult decision was made to suspend all print publications. Like the rest of the world, COVID-19 has forced us to adjust our priorities and put the health and well being of our readers, contributors, and vendors first. For the immediate future, Medicine + Health will move to an online-only format. We will still offer the same engaging features, news, and profiles about our inspiring SMHS community. Before the pandemic even hit, we were in the process of updating our online presence to make the site easier to navigate and better able to include a broader array of multimedia. We hope you agree that the new website format offers a much more enjoyable experience. We look forward to offering both our online and print editions very soon. Until then, be safe and please visit magazine.smhs.gwu.edu.

Thank you for your readership and your continued support.
